We are licensed by the State of Washington #628 to conduct home inspections. We provide you the most thorough and complete home inspection that you can get using thermal imaging cameras and other advanced tools to help identify any issues with your home. This is our first home purchase, and my first review on Angie's List!  My realtor suggested Kevin, and I'm glad we went with him.  I was hesitant at first to try someone that didn't have any reviews yet on a site like this, but I decided to trust in the lack of bad reviews - and was not disappointed.  Kevin was extremely thorough, crawling around under the house, and nearly giving me a heart attack up on the roof (I don't do well with heights, and his confidence made ME nervous!).  He was extremely patient with the fact that I was following him around the house asking questions (I've been told some inspectors can find that pretty annoying), and had all of the answers.  And I do mean ALL.  My realtor and I found an odd kitchen tool and he even know what THEY were!  It was a newer home (only 3 years old), so there wasn't much to find, but what there was, he did.  I admit I'm far from experienced in these matters, but I feel pretty confident about the results of our inspection.  He had the report completed for us and emailed by that evening, complete with pictures.  All the various paperwork is signed electronically on site, which was very convenient.  The only update I'd say he could use would be a card reader! But since a variety of other payment methods are accepted, it's not that big of a deal.  =) 
All in all, I was very happy with my experience, and would recommend North Sound Home Inspections.
