I learned of a leak in my ceiling from some vacation renters and immediately called Robert.  He lives just a short distance away and was over that afternoon checking the roof.  He suggested that my damage was wind related, so I called my insurance company.  Robert was on site when the insurance adjuster came to look at it and they both agreed to what was needed.  By the end of  next week (there was one other job ahead of mine) Robert and his crew had replaced the roof and fixed and painted the living room ceiling.
Robert also went above the call of duty and checked on my house every day before they could get to the roof just to make sure there were no more issues with the rain and wind.  I don't live on site, so it was very comforting to know that he was doing this checking and reporting to me.
I would highly recommend Robert and his crew with Master Contracting.  They earned an A+ with me!

Amazing! Hired them for my sister. Punctual, honest, and went the extra mile! Knowledgeable, thoughtful and easy to work with.  It was not a run of the mill staircase.  They had to deal with a warped wall and less than ideal stairs and it came out perfect! It looked exactly as requested when 2 other contractors said it couldn't be done like that and/or charged double the cost.  I recommend them without hesitation. I am planning to hire them again to fix her  leaking roof!

It went very well, they came in a timely manner, were very professional and we appreciated that, as well as their finishing the job in less time than previously anticipated.  They even did more than was expected and did not charge extra for that.  We were very pleased with all of them.  They are very good at what they do and are very concientcious about finishing by the time they told us, as well as doing excellent work while keeping their professionalism at all times.

The estimate was for $2500 and they came in right at the estimate. They came when they said they were going to. They got the job done when they said they were going to. They did a pretty good job of not spilling paint though they did spill a little bit. It was not as much as when we did it ourselves. They cleaned up pretty good and they fixed a couple of things we didn't know until they started painting. They fixed a little bit of wood rot which we did not know about. They did not charge us extra for it. They were really nice guys and easy to work with. The only criticism we have is that we were hoping for them to do a little more sanding on our fascia boards than what they did. They did a nice job and we were really happy with them. We are going to be doing a bathroom and another room remodel and we would probably call them to give us a bid. They did the job really fast for us and in a good time frame but they could have been on top of their job if not for that one job which they could have done better. What they did they did well. It works good but it was not quite the quality we wanted. Everything else they did well. He came and saw some other things that were not quite sound and they fixed them without changing the price or estimate. He was very honest and very easy to work with. This was the second thing we had him do. He came in and that’s why we hired him to do the painting. He had just come to fix some aluminum settings and corners which were missing. He indicated to us what his minimum charge to come for a home visit was. The thing that he did was not that costly and he went on the roof and found what our previous roofers had not done well. They had left some screws in the roof vent and there was an area where the roofing was not good and it could cause potential leaks. He did all that for the same price and he could have just done that little bit of job and he could have charged us the price he was going to charge and not done anything extra. He found some extra things that he could do while he was here and did not charge extra at all. It felt like he gave us more value for our money. We felt like he was really honest. His crew was very good and very nice. There was only one thing that we could have wanted him to do better and it was one of those things we ourselves couldn't do better. The painting job was good. The price was good and we talked to neighbors and other people about it. We did some of the painting ourselves. He did not just paint; he gave us a new back door which he had to custom cut because it was not the right size.  They also fixed a couple of areas where there was a rot in the board and the price for the amount of work they did was very good. We thought a couple of things could have been done better and cleaner but part of it was the time and the extra things they did in the time frame. We will contact them to give us an estimate for our bathrooms. We would contact other people as well.
