Galloway Electrical Improvements

"I arrived at the mobile home in afternoon and found breaker tripped in panel, which was bathroom and dining room circuit. Checked and replaced GFI in Bath still the breaker tripped. Traced circuit through lighting and receptacles. Found dimmer in dining room wound not work with the spiral bulbs advised if she wants it to dim change bulbs or get a dimmer that works with fluorescent. Went under home to see if any damage to wiring may be present. Found receptacle under dining room area with extension cord plugged in. I unplugged it which seemed to be the problem. Asked {member name removed} if any outside receptacles were present and where her septic system might be. She didn't know she just moved in and didn't know where anything was. She has no septic system alarms or any indication of a system so I believed it was a gravity system on the mobile home. I said keep an eye out if something not working and I will be back. I charged her for the time there and the GFI spent over 3 hours trouble shooting. {Member name removed} was not happy that I was charging her around $300 so I took $100 off and she gave me her credit card. Which I charged $212 on it. {member name removed} called next day said septic backed up, she just moved in and septic backed up? I said to call septic guy to fix the pump which had to be the problem all along. She wanted refund on service so I gave her $100 refund and said she would never use me again and will tell everyone how bad I was."
