Everything was great - beautiful product, manufactured to my specifications, easy installation... until the product started to deteriorate after only 2-3 years of use. Bits of glass were chipping off the edges, the binder turned milky and the surface became rough, as though the binding material was disintegrating. I emailed the company and the man who responded was rude, variously blaming the manufacturer (his own company, or a licensee), the installer, and then me for the problem. He accused me of mishandling the product, although I followed the care instructions posted on the company's website, and refused to honor the 5-year warranty also on their website.
