Camano Island Window Cleaning

Our house is a window cleaning challenge: - part of it is 3 levels, - it has a multitude of windows, some of which are oddly shaped, - it is surrounded by flower beds. Additionally, the windows had not been cleaned since pre-pandemic and were quite dirty. Mr. Aldapa and his crew of three (two sons) were not in the least intimidated. He had been to our house earlier to evaluate and bid the work so there was no lag time when they arrived. The ionized water technology that they employ allows them to minimize the use of ladders in favor of extension brushes which simplifies and expedites the process. My wife and I were not pleased with the last company that cleaned our windows. We were somewhat skeptical of the no soap, no squeegee approach but willing to give it a try and I'm glad we did. Mr. Aldapa was insistent that our windows would be clean with no streaks and he was correct! We are very pleased with the result! Mr. Aldapa, his sons and additional assistant were prompt, professional, and personable. We enjoyed having them in our home and are exceptionally satisfied with their "product." We will definitely use this service again in the fall.

Had appointment set up within 10 minutes of calling for the NEXT DAY. Crew (Santo Aldapa +1) arrived on time and well prepared. Very courteous and professional. Cleaned 25 windows inside and out (including tracks!) within the given quote of 2 hours. Even got my scummy shower door crystal clear! Excellent service. Will hire again next year for seasonal cleaning!

HORRIBLE!! Came three hours early before we could get home to let them in the house. They scratched our new truck to the tune of $700.00+. Left moss control powder all over vehicles and plants. Just laughed it off when told them my husband took part of the day off to come move furniture and they had already come. Incomplete job. NOT HAPPY. No response when sent letter with payment concerning their damage they caused

They did an excellent job, using pure water since the island had hard water. Showed up a bit early, and worked to get the job done.

Never use this company. Terrible.

excellent! Camano Island window cleaning is owned by a local family, they are part of our community and definitely take care to treat all of their customers as neighbors!

 I've tried cleaning my own windows and can never get them this clean, they look like they are not there. I feel sorry for the birds, who may end up flying into them! :-) 

Always professional and pleasant. Nice guys. #1 rule for me is ARRIVE EARLY AND PREPARED and they always are. They were done in a timely fashion and there is no dilly-dally behavior which is my #2 rule. We have referred them to all our friends and they feel the same.

Cost was reasonable and based on several factors but compared to all the other window cleaners they were the best fit for our needs.

David was incredibly helpful and professional. We were able to coordinate via email and he was able to do the job when I was not present. I have used him for a few years now and have never had a problem with his service or his team.
