 + -1 moreMr. Brown came when he said he would, if he couldn't come here because of another job we knew about it ahead of time. He was very quick on the job. He does not talk on the phone while he is working, he is a wonderful professional who works very hard. His work is wonderful and we will hire him again. The doors all fit properly and the closet he built looks like it has always been there. As well as working on the house he also gave us good advice on maintaining our home ourselves Mr. Brown also cut up and installed our baseboards, and the job is wonderful. We put in hand painted floor boards and he was very careful to put them in correctly and in good time. The joints are perfect! We are looking forward to having Mr. Brown work for us again.
Description of Work: Mr. Brown came out to the house and built a lovely closet where none existed, hung doors to several closets which had been taken down for a flooring project. He went above and beyond what contractors do when he came out at 10pm to put back in our toilet that had been taken out for the flooring project. (he also helped us carry in our furniture before it rained) We have found Mr. Brown to be very honest in his dealings with us. If something did not cost as much as he thought we got change back immediately. His estimates on his work were spot on. We are having him come back on a major house renovation in the near future. We can recommend him without reservation. He also fixed our front door, we didn't know there was anything wrong with it, but it sure works better now. You can't go wrong with Brown Construction.
