Moving
They lied to me about my household. They came over and did the estimate. They held my furniture hostage. When it finally got here a month and a half later when it was suppose to be three weeks the cabs that held my furniture had a whole in it. When they pulled out my stuff it was soaking wet. I had to call the police because they weren't going to let me have my furniture without paying them $3,000 more on top of what I had already paid them. I actually had to make a claim with my home owners insurance. The police said it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do about it. First I was told it would be $6,000 and then went they got there they said it was $3,000 more and I had to go and get my jewelry and sell my gold. Thank god I had that stuff because I just moved so I had no money and they were not going to give me my stuff. What p!$$ed me off was the only reason I used them is because they have the highest rating with AAA and the BBB. I found out you can pay to have those ratings. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
