Since 1970, I, Howard Patterson, a Certified Professional Building Designer have been providing accurate, functional, house plans for the builder and home owner. I am a member of the American Institute of Building Design.

Services we offer
I design houses, small commercial up to 4,000 square feet, small apartment buildings, garages, pole buildings and remodels. I also do foundation plans for FHA modular homes. I have existing stock plans to choose from. I will also do site plans.
Services we don't offer
I do not do engineering but I have a working relationship with different engineers.
