I am rating Cascade A based on the following: 1. It offered the best price out of 5 bids I got, 2. Cheryl was responsive and accommodating, and 3. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a great job. The whole process, from my getting the bid to job completion, took only three weeks and it went smoothly. I can’t be happier.

The crew did a fantastic job! Professional, clean, punctual...an above and beyond work ethic. We’re very happy with their work and the red gutters and taupe downspouts look great on the house.

They proposed a very cost effective fix for a problem that we have had for years with overflowing gutters. Although they did not contact us promptly after the initial inquiry, all subsequent correspondence was quick and their work was timely. We would highly recommend. Common sense and good value.

Cascade provided a relatively low cost means of keeping fir needles and leaves out of the gutters.

Jeff and his crew took down the old gutters in a short time, cleaned up perfectly. Once the fascia board painting had been done, arranged their schedule to do the new installation quickly and accomplished it in about a day. It is fascinating to watch how they fabricate the gutters, and Jeff is an artist with a tape measure and tin-snips to turn out gutters that look great and fit perfectly. Excellent clean-up: you wouldn't even know they had been there. I would certainly hire this firm again. I think they have a well-deserved reputation for excellence in these parts. Note for Bellingham residents: their office is in Burlington, but they willingly schedule work in Bellingham/Whatcom County.

3 different companies provided bids to replace the gutters.Cascade was contacted based on Angie's List recommendations. They surpassed expectations every step of the way. They were easy to work with, answered all questions, were prompt, addressed problems with the current system, and created a much higher capacity system. Additionally they were the best bid price-wise. The real shock was how amazing the house looked when it was done. The changes they made and just going with the basic white, visually improved the house so much it probably increased the value of the house enough to cover the cost of the gutters. I never thought I could be so pleased with a gutter company, but I have no hesitancy in recommending Cascade.

On Sep 30, they provided an estimate and set an installation date. On the installation date, they didn't show up. During a phone call the following morning, they indicated that there had been a scheduling glitch and we would be scheduled the following week. I left several messages asking for a firm date, or at least some indication of when our gutters would be installed -- no response. On the morning of Oct 28, I got a call saying that the installers were on their way.
When they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently, installed the gutters and downspouts. They did excellent work.

They saved me from a problem. Roofers removed gutters and company that was supposed to replace them never showed and never returned calls. Jim rearranged things and got them up within a day saving me from further crawspace flooding.

Owner Jim was good to his word and work was top notch. He came in after a fiasco with Costco's Rain Pro by Leaf Guard were fired.
