He was here the last time for an hour and three quarters and the rate is $98 an hour, which is probably pretty good for plumbers. He got everything done that I wanted him to, and he gave me some good advice because I was having drain problems. He said that he couldn’t help with that but he gave me the name of a company. He had some material that I had to buy. He checked a number of things while he was here and fixed them. They were just little things but they were annoying me and could have led to problems especially the leaks. He was more or less just what I expected. He had to go out to his truck to get the part for the mini bar sink but he actually had a piece and he did it. He was courteous and got here on time, and I wasn’t waiting around. I discovered a few more things and I am planning to call them back out.
