Beautiful, inexpensive repair. Jeff Neff heated the metal frame without breaking the glass display and reshaped the frame, freeing the volume control button. Jeff carefully explained the possibility of damage to the glass and discussed alternatives if the heating broke the glass. In spite of being exceptionally busy, he was able to do the repair in about 24 hours.
Jeff is efficent and well organized, provides e-mail feedback to customer about the status of the repair and also telephoned when the repair was completed.
