They did a great job. Richard came out and looked things over. Found that I had a broken spring. he replaced the set of springs and did a tuneup on my door right then and there. Took about an hour. Thanx

This business was closed for the Christmas holiday weekend, and was the only business to respond to my call. They were at the house within 15 minutes of the time I got home and called them back. They performed the job professionally, provided extra repairs needed, gave me very good information on how to service the door, and at a fair price, especially considering the fact they were closed. I will use this company again.

I called late on a Friday afternoon after another provider skipped their appointment. They told me that they could have a tech out first thing Monday morning. The quote was slightly higher than the original provider had given me but A Door Above explained that when one of the two torsion springs break the other is not likely far behind. For the small uptick I had both springs replaced and should be good for many more years. The tech arrived at 8:30 Monday morning and was completed within an hour. He even lubed the rollers and hinges and took time to provide some general maintenance tips. The work was done for the quoted price and they will be my first call if I need service again.

They returned our call timely and scheduled a time to come look at our door opener that quit working.
Very profession worker that came out. He knew his job and got right on the replacement of our unit and gave us several helpful ideas. I will use them again should we need the service in the future for our other garage door. I highly recommend this company

After receiving ridiculously high bids from some other companies, a friend recommended A Door Above to me. I called them and arranged for someone to come out to look over my gutter system and give me a price. The price was so reasonable that I immediately scheduled them to do it. Still a little suspicious that the price was too good to be true, I was pleased when they arrived right on schedule (perhaps a few minutes early). They did a marvelous job, carried away the nasty old gutters and lo and behold charged me exactly what they had quoted.

They were very responsive and provided a quality service on short notice. Their vendor failed to provide the door opener they ordered but I got a phone call letting me know that and it only delayed the install time by 1 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

They came by quick (we couldn't get the car out), didn't have the part we needed (but helped us get the car out!) then came back a couple days later to install it. Only fixed the broken part, didn't try to upsell us on anything, was polite and pleasant, and knowledgeable about all sorts of garage door tricks and lore.

Overall, a great experience. They were able to come out the next day to perform a "tune up" on the garage door and opener. Rodney was great about teaching me about our door as well as what I can do to help maintain it myself. Overall, the service was great, and I would definitely use them again!

We had one broken spring and one worn out spring. The door would not lift as a result of the springs. A DOOR ABOVE came out as soon as possible and replaced the springs, lubed the lift tracks. and examined the chain mechanism. Since the repair the door has operated better and quieter than ever. We can honestly give the history of the door because we had the house built. Wish they would have put the door in originally, I will recommend them to everyone.
