Very efficient, on time, personable and completed cutting down 2 8 to 10 foot trees in 15 minutes..one man. Just zipped right through the project. His name was Tipton. Just super. He was so reasonable I was able to give him a tip for his proficiency.

Didn't remove old nails from the wall. Only told me when finished that he was painting over old wallpaper.

"Nancy, I'm really sorry that you feel this way. However, it comes as a surprise to me that you would rate the quality and service as you did. I left only the nails you had pictures on, painted around them and re-hung all of your pictures. I did a very careful and neat paint paint job using two coats of high quality paint. I only realized I was painting previously painted wall paper until after I had started, and told you immediately. This did not affect the quality of the paint job and I stand by my work. I shopped around at many locations to find you the specific paint you wanted for the price point you needed. I came to your house and worked on the weekend in order to finish the job quickly for you. I was courteous over the phone while you accused me of having no references after I had told you where to find them on the Home Advisor web page. I truly made extra effort to provide you with the best quality and customer service possible. If you are not happy with the outcome I would have appreciated you telling me so at the time of completion and we could have worked to improve your experience."

I am unfamiliar with what big trees are supposed to look like after they are topped and trimmed. I did not expect them to look like they do. Tipton is personable and worked diligently to get the job done, hauling off the tree waste too. He did say that the job was bigger than he had anticipated. I got some help afterward to even up the tree line and trim the sides of the trees.
