I have hired Zingfix on many occasions to help my client's fix issues with their home. They have done bathroom and kitchen remodels, and any project that a home needs to be able to pass an appraisal. I would highly recommend Zingfix!

Zingfix were everything I needed them to be. Michael & Melanie did an excellent job of the estimate. Francisco and his team were very professional in their approach to the preparation and paint work needing to be done. From making sure everything was covered before they started and to cleaning up after themselves when their work was complete. Terrible communication, kept ignoring calls when asking for scheduling updates. Promised work would be done and gave vague answers when they did respond. If they had been honest about delays that would have been better than just lying.

"We appreciate there are always two sides to each story and sometimes more. From our perspective, several factors played a role in the delay of the work. You delayed signing the contract, materials shortage with flooring. Had contract been signed promptly the materials delay could have been avoided. We do not order materials until contract is signed. Once contract signed and materials in stock we arrived to see you had a flea infestation in your home. We can not allow our installers to work in a hazardous environment."

The work was completed in a very timely manner. Price was extremely competitive. This work needed completed prior to listing for sale. Home was listed with an offer received quickly.
