Brian helped me select the best computer for what I wanted it to do. We ended up with a Lenovo desktop. Then he set it up and installed some additional components. He will also be there for support if I have any problems (none so far.) He is not a pushy salesman but rather a consultant who puts together a system to fit your requirements and then orders it for you. I have, in the past, mostly ordered computers from Dell, however if you have problems it seems that all the people you talk to are somewhere offshore and they are difficult to communicate with. This experience was so much nicer.

Comcast switched out our 2 main cable routers at the end of last year. We immediately started having issues with our WiFi connectivity and access. Comcast came out about 3 to 4 times and checked things out and said the problem was with "our" system. Larry from TouchTech was sure it was a Comcast problem and after weeks of dealing with them finally got Comcast to setup their part of the system to be compatible with the equipment TouchTech had installed on property.
The persistence paid off and we haven't had a problem since then. No thanks to Comcast!
