I specifically informed the esimator @ PSP that we had a very small job, replacing a pressure valve on our NEW Stiebel Eltron Tempra 36. ALL plumbing sites in King County offer "hourly plumbing rates." After being told PSP charges $1000 to replace a pressure valves and screw off and back on 2× 14" Pex water lines. The plumber said, "no, we don't chg labor by the hour to replace this valve." Our job only required 36 minutes in total labor, and Joseph was driving away at minute 40 on the timer, yet he charged us a supposed "discounted deal" @ $655.00. This was a total con/scam per Angi's as at MAX it was $165. Our plumber retired after 35 years, so we were searching for a new local plumbing business as we have Seattle multi-family properties, but instead we were scammed 100%! #facts Seattle union journeyman plumbers are $90 to $130 per hour and ALL of them DO work by the hour, and you can get several paper quotes at Angi's.com or contact Seattle Plumber's Union, Local #32. It's a con!

Great technician who fixed our bathroom sink pipes same day as the office called me, Tyler called when he was on his way (right in the window the office stated!) and worked with us to solve the issue within our budget. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Expensive, but timely and quality service.

The office was prompt, they got a crew and vehicle on site within a few hours, they had the parts to do repair, provided a quote before starting work, very professional. I've built a house, cabin, boats and owned fish plants for decades....so many experiences employing contractors and supervising maintenance staff.

The two plumbers involved were very knowledgeable and courteous. They fixed my toilet efficiently and quickly. I will use them again, if something comes up. It sounds silly, but it is nice to have the project finished.

Matt arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and professional. He clearly knew his stuff and answered all my questions. In a couple hours he replaced my old, broken water heater with a brand new shiny one. Once installed he checked everything out and then put his tools away, cleaned up the work area, and loaded up the old unit to haul away. Then checked the new system one more time for leaks.

They came out as scheduled, had new water heater on the truck. Removal of old device followed by flawless and quick installation of new water heater. Definitely recommend Joseph and his apprentice!

The workmanship on a simple job was not good. Sewer gases were making their way out until they came back and repaired.

Workers were fine, respectful, and professional but $299 to cut a 12x18 is grossly overpriced.

They called me immediately after submitting my request. Alex came by the same morning since he was near and had availability. He assessed the issue, gave us a quote and invoice and finished the job same day. Turns out our dishwasher hose was way too small and it was replaced. (10ft away under the floor but accessible through garage ceiling) He made access panels which we can now reach our kitchen plumbing in the future. Great job, professional, friendly and cleaned up. He showed us everything he did. Would highly recommend.

Joshua came in charges me over $400 to unclog my bath tub drain and before he was done he cost me $4595 (his quote) in damages to my drain. He damages my drain then claimed it was a preexisting condition, If it was preexisting show me the water damage. Show me the mold. Show me water stains. None Joshua. You are a small time con man Joshua . Both you and your manager Cris are inept liars grifters and cheats. Who have you cheated today Chris and Josh? Why the one star reviews on Facebook Yelp and a hundred other sites? People dont lie Josh and Cris . Folks do you social media homework before hiring these clowns. If I had I wouldnt have hired these derelicts and been ripped off. Go with someone else. ANYONE else.

Jose Guzman and his partner Brian did a great job. From removing the toilet to digging in the yard to make repairs they worked with great attitudes and were more than happy to explain any of the steps they were doing. When they got finished the area that they worked looked nicer than when they started. Great job !

Beside the excellence of the work,I was very surprised to receive a check for a small amount overpaid. It tells me this is a company that can be trusted.

Derek was fantastic- very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to go the extra mile. I was very thankful for their one hour response time on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Not sure the price was the best deal, but I was well taken care of.

Josh and Robert were great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing work to be done. The only not issue I had was that they told me they would be able to change the shut off valves in the bathroom without damaging the dry wall. When they were done, there were two large, unable-to-hide holes under my pedestal sink. Since it wasn’t required to replace the shut off valves to correct the leak, I wouldn’t have taken the suggestion to replace them had I not be assured that the wall wouldn’t be damaged. Now I have to hire someone to fix the drywall which is going to cost a few hundred dollars. They did correct the leak and were very nice and I would still hire them again.
