I cannot recommend Jordan more highly. He is incredibly thorough and holds himself to a very high standard of work. As he investigated the source a leak, he opened up the siding and discovered significant water damage underneath. Jordan was so persistent and made sure that every possible point of water entrance was sealed off and all the water damage was repaired. He documented his work with lots of pictures/videos and thoroughly explained all the work that he was doing each step of the way. He even purchased scaffolding so that I would not need to rent the extra pieces needed for the job. I will definitely be calling Jordan again for all my future projects!

Arrived on time, did the work promptly and without issue, easily working around a couple potential snags. Very careful with furniture and electronics. Clean up was immaculate.

He even broke down our recycling as we had a bunch of packages delivered that day and brought out our trash cans to the street. Jordan is very reliable and returns and takes calls. His work product and manners are excellent and I would highly recommend him. He arrives promptly and cleans up after he leaves. His rates are also reasonable. I am now using him as my go to handyman for my property.

He came back with a bid right away and the quote was more than fair. We know how hard it is right now to find talented, reasonably priced, and trustworthy people to work with and for that very reason we have already scheduled him for our next project.
