Andy was fantastic! First, he was very responsive on the phone and asked for details on my fridge. He was punctual, pleasant to talk to, and easy to understand. He diagnosed that a new condenser and relay starter were needed. He also showed me how to clean the intake vents. He charged a fair price and cleaned up. The fridge has been working better than it did before it broke! Am very satisfied.

Mr. Nguyen asked me to text him my address and details of what was wrong. He responded the same day and actually came out the same day, too. He discovered that the thermostat of my old stove had stopped working and told me he would do some research to see if a replacement was available (it wasn't; I researched, too, and had the same disappointing result). My dishwasher, fortunately, was repairable; he took the machine apart, reconnected some wiring (which he told me was installed incorrectly from the beginning), and educated me on how to use my Bosch dishwasher effectively (scrape off food only, no rinsing, little soap). I found him responsive, educational, and efficient.

Andrew was great!! He stayed late to get the job done and everything works and looks great. Gave great suggestions to improve the drain situation. Super nice and would highly recommend to all.

Great service. Andrew identified the problem (broken water line), fixed it, and then took the time to thoroughly test his repair. He then noticed another water line was frozen and there was a second leak. He fixed those, too, defrosted the frozen water line and gave great instructions for how to prevent a reoccurrence. Very reasonable charges.

Andrew was exceptional! He was professional, spoke well, knew refrigerators inside and out and he was prepared. He came in and immediately took his shoes off. Within minutes he knew that the problem was the relay, so he replaced the part, put everything back together again and we chatted for a few minutes and he was on his way! I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who has issues with their refrigerator. Ours is 16 years old and STILL working well...well, now anyway! Thank you, Andrew!

Andrew took my call and asked that I send him information on my dryer model and when I was available. He responded the next day advising he would be over that day within a three-hour period and would call when he was in transit. He arrived promptly, cheerfully greeted me and put on “booties” over his shoes. He quickly determined what was wrong, explained the problem and fix to me, and replaced the dryer switch. He had to take the dryer apart and while he was at it , he cleaned out all the accumulated lint and dust. He tested it and also had me test it to make sure I was satisfied. He was very professional in every way. I would gladly use him again and I highly recommend him.

Andrew was absolutely terrific. He was prompt, very friendly and professional. He tested it and found we needed a new ignighter, which he actually had in his vehicle. He repaired it that very evening; such fantastic service. We plan on having him back again as soon as the need arises.

It was fine except he doesn't work on anything except American brands

It went very well, I called on Saturday morning on Labor day weekend, expecting to talk to an answering service to make a weekday appointment, so was pleasantly surprised to talk to Andrew directly. He was at another job, but said he could squeeze me in that same day between 2 other appointments. He showed up at our door in a couple of hours, diagnosed our problem (heating element broken, drum spindle damaged), gave us a quote, picked up the part, and repaired our dryer within a couple of hours after arrival. Very professional, wore booties and had a kneeling pad, and the price was well worth it. Will definitely hire again, and recommend to anybody who needs professional, honest work. He performed the work as described in the package, and also gave me a lot of information about maintaining my appliances that will help me keep them in working order longer. He didn't try to pressure me into fixing anything for extra charges. I really appreciated this service.

Andy is extremely knowledgeable with the whirlpool washing machine I own. He knew instantly what the issue was and replaced the dogs on the agitator and the harness switch on the lid. He also ran all cycles of load sizes to make sure the agitator worked and the spin cycle kicked on at each level before leaving. Andy was in and out within an hour or so. Very nice man. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will most certainly be relying on him to repair all my appliances from now on.

fine dryer could not be fixed

Andy fixed the washing machine. The problem was a broken lid switch. He also fixed the agitator. When we called he was able to come right away and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was kind and professional and gave us helpful information.

Great, Andy diagnosed a faulty timer mechanism on the dryer and replaced it. He completed the job in one day from when I purchased the deal. Parts and labor costs were discussed in advance and agreed upon. I was even given the option to not repair the old dryer if buying a new one would have been a better deal instead, it wasn't so he repaired the existing one.

He did do work for me, it was great
