We went through each individual apartment and Harold checked for leaks and/or previous or current water damage, checked electrical boxes, took off covers to see wiring, water pressure in sinks, tubs and showers, checked toilets inside and out, cracks in walls, ceilings, went up into the attic area. He checked the fireplaces, carpets, floors, water heater bindings, checked lights, pretty much everything. It took over 3 hours total, afterwards the next day we got a detailed report on the overall property inside and out, and individual reports for each apartment and what each apartments problems were with recommendations on fixing.
Most fixes were minor or cosmetic but we have a good understanding of previous problems with leaks so hopefully will have no surprises.
I followed up with a few questions I had after reading the reports and was satisfied with Harold's helpful answers. I would definitely use this company again and Harold in particular. All in all a good experience.
