Sol Land Design

I called Scott on the recommendation of friends who had seen his work, and he got back to me and came out for an initial consultatiion soon thereafter. I didn't really have a picture of what I wanted, just knew that I wanted the yard level and some of the shrubs to remain. When Scott brought the proposal, all costs were broken down and were not to exceed that amount. I told him that I would like him to do as much as he could for $18,000. including tax and he wrote that into the contract. His design turned out to be very beautiful and natural - he even included stairs from the new rockery up to the old one. Oscar and his crew arrived with an excavator and they removed the old sod and three dumpsters of dirt to have a level surface. Removing the two stumps was quite difficult and time consuming, but it was accomplished! Rocks were brought in for the rockery, and they were very creative in installing that. They installed an irrigation system and even extended a drip system to my shrubs in the front yard. The patio is beautiful and they put Nervistral and vent well extensions in, as well as extending the downspouts away from the house and patio. The new turf was installed and two good-sized trees. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that I am totally happy with everything! The workers were extremely efficient, polite, and courteous and I would definitely use Sol Land again.
