This was an excellent experience! We received three bids and they offered the lowest rate for the same product. The owner, Todd Weiland, was unlike many other contractors I've worked with previously. He was on top of everything. He was also accessible for my questions. I appreciated his responsiveness to my contact. He hasn't taken on too many jobs so he's able to provide thorough, detail-oriented work. My electrician spoke quite highly of him as well. Todd even brought over sample boards for our initial estimate. He was cooperative throughout the project. He didn't mind many trips to our home before the work even started, despite living an hour away. He also had a wonderful crew. Andreas, the lead foreman, was very professional. They were hard working and understood the necessity to put in a long day to stick to a timeline. As a note to the price, we paid an extra $900 as we required special instructions for the debris container they used. We had just gotten a new driveway and didn't want to risk having to repair it, so it was moved further from the project. They also removed our gutters, which factored into the total cost.
