In 2012, Bob completely re-did a poorly done metal roof.  What can you say?  He was just fabulous in every way!  He was so confident about his work that he guaranteed it for as long as I own the house! 

I needed something checked on recently.  I called him and left a message earlier today and he has already been here.  He is the most professional and pleasant person and his team's work is impeccable.  It's hard to find people that you can really trust.  Look no further.

From the very first meeting, Coast Exteriors was highly professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They use only their own installers (no subcontractors or day laborers), who have been with company for 10+ years. On our job, the owner of the company was on site and working much on the time. The owner was my point of contact for all questions (and there were many), and was very patient and responsive both through email and phone calls. He encouraged us to continue doing research and get more bids from other contractors. They were willing to work with us on all aspects of the job, including remounting a TV antenna and installing new bathroom fan ducts. They arrived early each day when weather allowed them to work - almost too early, before we had even left for work! They even came in the snow and rain to install the new metal panels, as once they had the new underlayment put on, the roof was weatherproofed. They did a great job of cleanup and were very helpful with suggestions for maintenance. They have a 20-year transferable workmanship and leak warranty (metal panels themselves are warranted for 45 years). They also stand by their bid - if they determine extra materials or labor are needed once they get into the job, they do not increase the final cost. This was amazing to us, never heard of any contractor doing that before, and it really shows their integrity.
