Horrible.  He was unprofessional in his lack of collaboration or willingness to talk to the other tradesmen that needed to coordinate on a new bathroom wall which would be enclosing the vent line.  We started work in late April and discovered that permits had not been pulled when the framer came in and poured concrete over the rough-in drain line in the concrete floor trench.  This put us way behind as we had no way of proceeding forward with other work until the plumbing was inspected and completed.  It took several months to research information available on how to correct the situation without having to tear down all the work and start over, but Richard walked away at that point and did not offer to help correct the situation or facilitate discussions with the county to demonstrate the quality aspects of the work.  I eventually pulled the permit myself and reached out to the lead inspector who agreed to help me identify what the next steps were and how to correct the 6 items that failed inspection.  Richard had agreed to come in and complete the job on Monday 7/28/2015, but never showed up.  I left multiple messages (voicemail and email) trying to get him to confirm when he would be coming to correct the work, but he would not respond.  I then reached out to the inspector again (multiple times) asking for guidance on how to get closure on the project and was forced to hire a new plumber a this point to correct Richard's work that failed inspection, which has cost us several thousands of dollars.  When he texted me this evening, he became hostile and said that I had not contacted him for four months, even though I have records of all unanswered calls and emails made during this time.  NEVER USE THIS PLUMBER - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
