Glitches did occur. First, the health department wanted an abandoned tank collapsed and buried...Babbitt Septic took care of that. Then through a miscommunication, the new tank wasn't placed as low as we wanted. Mark had his crew remove it, dig deeper, and replace it at the depth we wanted. The existing drain field was found to have several collapsed pipes....Mark adjusted his schedule and got that corrected as well as leveling and replacing the rockery. Now the system should last for years to come and the yard will be much more functional. Through out the job, Mark's professionalism and on the job experience shown through. His crew was on time, cheerful, and hard working.
Also, Mark has a good working relationship with Pierce County Health (the folks that permit septic systems) which really helps when working through the permitting maze.
