Tom discovered that the lower freezer drawer was not shutting completely. Something that I had not noticed. Because of that, the frig was running overtime causing it to ice up. Tom tightened a couple of skews and made sure the drawer was shutting tightly and the problem was fixed I did have leave the frig unplugged for a couple of days to let the built up ice melt. Luckily , I have a second garage frig. This is the second time I've used Applaince Master and will certainly call again if needed.

Great communication. Tech was prompt and professional. Did some research on the part replaced and came to the conclusion Appliance Master marked it up over 500%. That seems a little ridiculous. Total repair time was about 20 minutes.

I called around and they had the best prices. The guy came out the same day I called, and on a Friday nonetheless. He found the problem, put a part in, and had fixed it in about 30 minutes. The service was great. He explained everything to me and broke down the pricing. I'd definitely recommend.
