Water Heater Repair or Service
He worked hard to try and get the old water heater working properly but age of the unit was to much for it to continue. We had him install a new unit and within an hour or more we had hot water. I would not hesitate to rehire if I were to need more work done. He is a hard worker and seems to be a person who is satisfied only when the job is done and working properly

I couldn't be more impressed with Kent. He was on time, very professional, answered all my many questions, and explained to me what he was doing. He was so gracious to come to my house to fix my plumbing issue, so we could turn the water back on to the house. I highly recommend him!

I called Pipesmith (Kent) on a day when the temperature suddenly dropped to 12 degrees and the water supply to our house stopped. I suspected a frozen pipe somewhere and called Kent. Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions. I commend Kents dedication to fixing our problem and will use him in the future.
