I called Pipesmith (Kent) on a day when the temperature suddenly dropped to 12 degrees and the water supply to our house stopped. I suspected a frozen pipe somewhere and called Kent. Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions. I commend Kents dedication to fixing our problem and will use him in the future.

Kent is very skilled and does exceptional , quality work in a timely manner. Our removal and install was complicated with some repiping in an awkward spot. Kent took care of it like a pro. Will use him again. Quality person too!
