Dustin arrived on time and used shoe covers when he entered the house. He quickly confirmed the problem and had the necessary parts in his truck. His total time at our home was about 40 minutes. He left the worksite clean. My only gripe is that the work cost me nearly $350. Since the 2 parts that were replaced retail for under $100 total, I thought that $250 for 40 minutes of simple labor was excessive.

I contacted Nate's Plumbing to give me an estimate to replace my main waterline when it began leaking.  I had already had an irrigation contractor review the problem and determine the leak was not in the sprinkler system, as I had originally thought, but was actually in the main waterline to the house.  Nate's responded within a reasonable amount of time and since the irrigation contractor had already dug down to find the leak they didn't have to go to any effort to determine the problem.  The contractor immediately began hooking up a temporary line, before he had even discussed it with me, which I thought was strange, since the water had been turned off and the leak wasn't causing any problem at that time. But, I allowed him to continue with the temporary line since it had already been  started and decided that would give me a little more time to get the replacement done.  I was charged $237 for the service call and the 15 minutes it took to install the temporary line, which I paid before the contractor left.  I received the estimate from Nate's to install the new waterline the following day.  I then proceeded to get a few more bids for the work as I thought the estimate from Nate's seemed high.  The other bids were lower than Nate's Plumbing but I noticed that Nate's had a price match guarantee on their contract and since they had installed the temporary line I thought I would give them the chance to match the lower price.  Their price match states:  "Guarantee:  We will match any competitor?s price as long as the bid methods & materials are the same as those above".  I had another bid that was using exactly the same method and materials but was a few hundred dollars less and Nate refused to match their price (even before he knew what the difference was).  He attempted to justify his refusal by claiming his company used better materials and had better warranties etc. but the method, materials and warranty stated on his contract were exactly the same as the other contractors; which I told him.   At that point he became extremely rude: verbally assaulting me with insults and making libelous accusations against the other contractor.  I was absolutely appalled at his behavior.  He was extremely unprofessional and I will obviously not be using his service now or at anytime in the future.

Nate was prompt, personable, and informative during the estimate. One thing he didn't do was go into the crawl space to see what he'd be dealing with which led to some additional work that he didn't plan on, when his workers actually got under the house. He negotiated a good price for this additional work, but I would have preferred to know the total price up front. Moral is to always have the plumber check out the actual work and not make assumptions.

We had talked about a tentative date that worked for me, since he was on a rather large job at the time, but no firm date was set. His crew arrived without warning on the tentative date, which required me to leave work because I wanted to be home to observe the work. His crew was friendly and very professional. They completed the repipe in one day, replaced all appliances and left no mess. They used good quality materials, and their work looked very good.

The directional boring crew of two arrived on time at a preset date later in the week to install the line from the meter. They had trouble with my rocky yard and it took them much longer than they expected, but that was on them.

All in all I am please with the quality of work and would recommend Nate's Plumbing.

Actually arrived a bit early, 3 hours after initial call. Searched for where the leak was coming from, found a bad weld on side of tank next to thermostat. Went on to replace with a new water heater.

From the start, Nate instilled a sense of confidence in his knowledge, experience, and ability to do the job right. He was very articulate and explained things well. I felt very comfortable hiring him. I wasn't disappointed. He and his three person crew were very professional from the beginning. They showed up on time and used high quality materials (1 inch Rehau water line pipe sheathed in rigid 1 1/4 inch conduit pipe with blue tracer wire laid along side). All their equipment was well maintained and skillfully used. They also were able to use an innovative and sophisticated horizontal drilling technique to "thread" the pipe underground without tearing up my lawn or landscaping for half the distance of the installation. The other half of the installation required a ditch be dug because of very rocky ground. The whole crew worked well together.  They finished the job in about six hours. And the one worker required to enter my home was very careful to wear bootie covers on his feet so he wouldn't muddy up the house. That gesture was very much appreciated. At first the installation cost seemed high. But after watching the high degree of skill and professionalism displayed, and the high quality of equipment and materials used, I have concluded the price was fair for the installation of this important main component of the functioning of my home. Proof again that most of the time, you get what you pay for.

The day before we had called a nationally known drain cleaning outfit, but they could not get rid of the clog after spending 2.5 hours on the job and charging $297.00. We called Nate's Plumbing on Saturday morning and the men came to our house in the late afternoon. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and got to work right away. It was a difficult job, but they got it done in a appropriate amount of time. We did not think the fee was unreasonable considering it was on a weekend.

I was just generally unhappy. I had some work done a couple years ago and I feel I was overcharged. I was told the pipes needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate and told it would take a few days for 2 people to do it and only 1 person did it in a couple days.

Nate's plumbing showed up after contacting the home warranty on a client's home. They had to repair a pipe under the home. They came promptly, had the parts available on their truck to do the job in one visit. Outstanding service. Highly recommend them to other agents and clients.

They were excellent. I got a couple of different quotes and this Nate's is recommended by other plumbing professionals. He was one of only two people that does this trenchless system. He was very prompt. He was very good in providing detailed information. He answered every question. These people came exactly when they were scheduled. They did the job, cleaned up, left no mess. He provided top quality materials which had a 25-year guarantee and then he said the guarantee is for life. He said as long as I'm alive, it's guaranteed.

We had an unusually bitter cold spell. I came out to my garage around noon on a Sunday to the sound of dripping water. At first I thought the weather had warmed significantly but then saw water dripping out of the garage wall. I went to the phone book and saw The ad for Nate's Plumbing offering 24/7 service. I called and the owner immediately answered. He was very nice and told me someone would be out within the hour. Given the weather and the rash of broken pipes reported in the media I steeled myself for a much longer wait than an hour. But, in an hour Nate himself was at my door, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it! He even warned me that I should go out and get insulated tubes for my new water softener hoses. Which I did. In summary, I was totally pleased with this company and would definitely use them again!

We had a plumbing leak and after a bad experience with the first plumber sent out, Nate resolved the problem sending out another plumber who did a phenomenal job repairing the leaking pipes. He was a hard worker and repaired the leak.
