The project went very well. We had high quality finishes in our basement and were pleased with CB Cluff's employees and their ability to restore our basement to its original form. Conrad Cluff and Scott Alexander were in regular contact and were patient and responsive to our concerns/questions. All employees were capable and professional and their subcontractors were topnotch. We plan on using the HVAC contractor again!

Conrad Cluff remodeled our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier! The finished product is beautiful! He did most of the work himself, but had help when necessary. The subcontractors for plumbing and the shower enclosure were top-notch and very professional. Conrad did all the tile work and was very meticulous in doing so. He was very good at presenting different options and allowing us to make decisions. However, when we asked him for his personal opinion about something he was not hesitant to do so. He even pointed out a couple of problems that we were unaware of, and then he took care of them. From the very beginning and all throughout the process he explained things well. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality. The timeline he presented at the time of the estimate was very accurate. We intend to have him back in the near future to install a new front door for us.

Everything looks beautiful, the entire project went smoothly on time and on budget. I can't say enough good things about CB Cluff Contracting. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. It's a rare thing to find a contractor who's willing to work with the homeowner and who truely cares that you are happy with the job.
