 + -1 moreThe project went very well. We had high quality finishes in our basement and were pleased with CB Cluff's employees and their ability to restore our basement to its original form. Conrad Cluff and Scott Alexander were in regular contact and were patient and responsive to our concerns/questions. All employees were capable and professional and their subcontractors were topnotch. We plan on using the HVAC contractor again!
Description of Work: We had significant water damage to our finished basement. Rainbow International, LLC performed the water remediation and then CB Cluff Contracting refinished the space which included, sheetrock, paint, baseboard molding replacement and lots of painting.

 + 0 moreConrad Cluff remodeled our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier! The finished product is beautiful! He did most of the work himself, but had help when necessary. The subcontractors for plumbing and the shower enclosure were top-notch and very professional. Conrad did all the tile work and was very meticulous in doing so. He was very good at presenting different options and allowing us to make decisions. However, when we asked him for his personal opinion about something he was not hesitant to do so. He even pointed out a couple of problems that we were unaware of, and then he took care of them. From the very beginning and all throughout the process he explained things well. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality. The timeline he presented at the time of the estimate was very accurate. We intend to have him back in the near future to install a new front door for us.
Description of Work: Conrad remodeled our master bathroom. He demo-ed the old bathroom, installed new cabinets, tiled the shower and sink backsplashes, and matched new floor tile to the old. He also repaired floor and wall areas around the old shower and reinforced the area beneath the new floor.

 + 0 moreEverything looks beautiful, the entire project went smoothly on time and on budget. I can't say enough good things about CB Cluff Contracting. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. It's a rare thing to find a contractor who's willing to work with the homeowner and who truely cares that you are happy with the job.
Description of Work: I remodeled the bathroom in a 1950's style home. We tore down to the studs, opened up a closet space to add to the bathroom, removed an old chimney and asbestos flooring. Conrad the owner of CB Cluff came up with some design options, I bought all of the fixtures and did the electrical and drywall. Conrad did all of the structural, plumbing and finishing work. The project took about 6 weeks to finish. It was complicated by the fact that I only have one bathroom. Conrad staged the work so that I was only without a tub for 1 or 2 days. He is very considerate of the homeowner's needs. All of the work was done very professionally and the results are beautiful. In any remodel, especially in an older home there are unexpected complications. You need a contrator who has a wealth of experience and who can find creative solutions. Conrad is very skilled, detailed oriented and he communicates with his team and with the homeowner. Everyone is professional and polite which is important because people are in your home all day, for many days.
