 + -1 moreBob Gillis, the marketing and sales person, was prompt and efficient. He communicated very well with me, a novice home builder. He did a really good job of communicating what he was doing. He was very punctual and he came out numerous times. The work involved tying new work into existing work which created a bit of a challenge, but they were able to design, engineer and produce a truss system that was superior. They were great, and I was quite pleased with them. I would rate them highly.
Description of Work: We used Ariel Truss Co to put on a 750 sq. ft. single-story room addition.
