Contractor is not prepared for work had to borrow tools from me to do work. He took no consideration for property left cigarette butts wherever outside urinated outside even after asked to go to the wood line to do so. Spent an in ornate amount of time going to (get supplies)or going to lunch . After returning from said trips he was intoxicated. And rarely was able to complete much after. He was rarely on time from when he stated he would be there (I verified on security camera footage). He is a bull in a china shop and left debris and broken glass from the windows he tore out. Improper instalation of windows ie no flashing before setting the windows. he subbed out the drywall to a contractor and had a major personality conflict with him to the point they called the cops on each other the day my wife was to see the progress for the first time. He fired the sub only to get another and i am convinced that he didnt fully pay either on either at all or in full. To boot i still have seems visible defects with the drywall. He brought used copper to run the shower line and it wasn't long enough nor even finished. As of today 04 MAR 2018 contracted work is still not complete and continues to stall. I will have to spend more money to fix all the issues not addressed after his poor work or incomplete work DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! or Theodore aka Ted or Sabrina with the same last names of the company name. i have attached several photos of his poor excuse of workmanship these are just a few of the issues to many to list and just excuses from him.
