I got a estimate from Spaeth. Their agent was professional, asked all the right questions and provided a free, thorough, no strings attached estimate. Spoiler alert, she was very accurate. On moving day, the movers were efficient and professional. There were 4 movers and two trucks as estimated. They communicated very well and asked all the right questions. They respected our belongings and our house. On arrival, they even moved a few pieces after initial placement with a smile. After it was done, I signed the final documents and the office called me the next day to confirm the cost before charging my card. I hate moving and never want to do it again, but if I did, it would be with Spaeth Transfer. Thank You.

Allied VAn Lines moved us from CA to WA.  Since we did not have a house in WA, our household goods went into storage with Spaeth Transfer at their warehouse in Bremerton, WA.  Our household goods came out of storage and were delivered to us on Nov 7, 2014.  We discovered many items damaged by Allied Van Lines during the trip from CA to WA.  Allied settled our claim with them quickly.  Many other items were damaged while in storage and that claim was submitted to Spaeth.  Speath Transfer did not settle, instead they turned our claim over to their adjustor who inspected the damage and came up with the "opinion" that some of the damage was pre-existing, caused by us prior to the move.  This was not true, and I was able to show pictures proving damage to the top of a dresser and arm of a sofa was caused by one of their employees who stepped in a black greasy substance while our furniture was in their warehouse and then climbed on top of our cartons and fine cherry wood furniture (this same greasy substance covered two of the cartons they delivered).  Dispite this evidence Spaeth still refused to negotiate, stating we caused the damage.  We have been forced to pay to go to arbitration to settle the claim.  This ordeal began on 11/07/2014 when the furniture was delivered, and has still not been settled as of 6/29/15. 

A very negligant employee at Spaeth Transfer left very distinguishable footprints on top of a carton marked "FRAGILE", and on top of a dresser.  The bottom of the shoe left a clear mark of the word "JORDAN", and matches the design from an Air Jordan sports shoe, approximately size 10.  Neither my wife nor I wear a shoe like this or of this size, and neither of us stepped in the black grease in the Spaeth warehouse and then climbed all over our boxes and furniture before it was delivered.  I don't like being called a liar or accused of filing false claims.  I also don't like my property being used as a jungle gym.  I would recommend people avoid doing business with Spaeth Transfer in Bremerton, WA.

Our move from Phoenix was a disaster.  The Allied  franchise (Berger) was terrible.  They lost goods, delivered shipment a month late, lied repeatedly, and failed to communicate during the entire fiasco.  Since they were an Allied affiliate, they contacted Spaeth to unload the 2nd van that arrived here almost  a month late. In contrast to the Phoenix people, Spaeth was punctual, careful and totally professional.  The manager drove an hour to our residence just to check and see that the process was running smoothly.  Everyone we dealt with was clean, professional and interested in doing an excellent job.  Above all, they were actually friendly and understanding.  Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I will never move from Washington state again - but if I did, I would not hesitate to call these folks.  They were just great!

Steve (who did my estimate) and Natasha (who helped coordinate by phone) were both very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I chose Spaeth because estimate process was so much smoother than with the 2 other estimates I had from other companies. Moving day also went very smoothly. Kevin (the driver for Allied Van Lines) and the 2 movers who arrived with him were very professional, organized, patient, and careful with my belongings. Great experience overall -- thank you!

After recieving a high estimate from another company, we called Spaeth. They came out to give us an estimate the next day, and were considerably cheapet. Troy and Danny showed up on time, toured the house and promptly moved everything out, disassembling furniture as required. They safely and quickly drove our stuff to the new house and delivered everything in short order. They even moved things around in response to our indecisiveness about where they were supposed to go. All the furniture got reassembled and they were done in a half hour under estimate.

An absolut pleasure to work with. Estimate was on target, the movers were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Their estimator came by a few days before to look at what needed to be moved. Nothing broke. They were prompt and professional. They let me come to their store before the move and pick up some boxes.

I helped my elderly neighbor interview moving companies for her move to Spokane.  From the moment Steve the Spaeth moving company representative walked in the door, we could tell a vast difference between him and the other representatives that had already given estimates.  He was professional and friendly and was very easy to work with.  My neighbor and I were both so impressed that we did not need any more interviews.  My neighbor needed her apartment packed and then moved and the two gentlemen that they sent to pack and do the moving were amazing.  They to were professional and friendly and we had a great time talking to them as they were packing.  They got her whole apartment packed in one day and had no problem working around her as she needed to sit down because she is handicapped.  They never were impatient or showed any problem with making things as easy on her as possible.  They left her bed and TV available that night and came the next morning to load.  They then broke down her bed and disconnected the TV loaded the truck and were done in just a few hours.  At all times they treated my neighbor with respect and consideration.  I liked them so much that now that I am moving, I have hired them to do my move for me.  I highly recommend Steve and this moving company for a stress free move.  Everything arrived in Spokane in perfect condition and in a timely manner.  Their prices are competitive and in no way were they trying to do a hard sales pitch.

They arrived promptly, decided to do everything in two half days and finish when they wanted to regardless of how much was left behind in the other house. It took my son and I ten trips to try to get things--a lot was still left behind. I wasn't told about a broken marble top table until they received a $200 tip (we didn't know about all that was left behind) and were leaving. I have now moved 42 times (Navy, Aerospace) and this was the worse move ever. I was also quoted a much lower price and I knew it would get higher but not by as much as it did. I was truly disappointed thinking by hiring somebody who was professional I would not have to worry about anything. I was so wrong.

The three movers were prompt, efficient, and careful with our furniture. 

They did a great job. They came in packed everything, unpacked, put everything were it was suppose to go. I have no complaints with this. They were a little more expensive then I expected.

They are quick and professional. If you want moved and don't want anything damaged then you should go with them. It's worth paying a little extra to get the work done right.
