The moral of this story is, check everything in your home yourself, before the worker(s) leave; whether it needs checking or not, In the middle of the afternoon, this company was able to fit me in immediately; which I very much appreciated. Within 3 hours, they had identified and fixed the problem. I was very happy with their perserverance and knowledge. I had totally expected to write an A+ review, until today. At the time of their initial arrival, I pointed out areas that needed repair. In my laundry room, the washing machine outlet DID work; while the outlet on the other side of the room did not. When they completed the rewiring under the house to the main breaker box, they said everything I pointed out, was working again; which was correct. A few days later, I discovered the washing machine outlet, now was NOT working. I (nor they) checked this outlet, when they were done, because there was no reason to. As far as I and they knew, that outlet was working fine; as it had been before they arrived. My less than perfect review is due to their response, today, when I brought to their attention that outlet was not working. The response to me was; "it was working when we left, so there will be an extra charge for another call-out to fix it." Think about it. That outlet was working before they started rewiring, but 2 days later it wasn't working. And why would they have "checked" that outlet before they left, I never mentioned to them that outlet was a problem. They didn't go into other rooms in my home to check those outlets. That's because those areas were not on my list of problem areas. Same with the washing machine outlet. It wasn't a problem that needed checking.

They showed up on time and provided the above mentioned services.  I thought they were a little expensive.

This was an "A" type of experience.

The service was very good. There was disorganization within the office. But the work was good. Very reasonably priced.

Chris arrived on-time, was professional, courteous and very efficient. Initially I was turned-off by the price however, that objection was quickly resolved with all that was accomplished in one-hour. I definitely plan on using this company again.

The 2 electricians showed up at about 9:20 AM, introduced themselves and were pleasant. I explained what was to be done, showed them the fixtures to be installed and they proceeded to the work at hand. They performed the work in a professional manner and checked their work as they went along. After finishing they removed all the old fixtures and containers, leaving the refuse behind.

They went above and beyond on Christmas eve to fix our power for us. Where another company failed they pulled through for us.

He fixed the problem easily and quickly and didn't charge me for the full hour because it didn't take that long. I'd definitely call this company again.

Chris arrived promptly and immediately and began looking for the problem. He was professionally dressed and he represented the company he works for well. He found the issue after some investigating and promptly fixed it, I was thrilled!

Chris is also bidding a couple more jobs that I will need doing, he is also bidding a job for my son.

The price was less than expected, which is always a pleasure and not found very often any more.

We plan to use South Sound Electric as our Electricians from here out.

Gave a bid, stuck to their price. We had them come back for more work, they happily did more work and again,stuck to their price. They called in all inspections and passed.

I'm very impressed with the knowledge of their electricians. Their pricing is very fair also. They're very quick to diagnose problems and are up front about what needs to be done.
