Alfonso was very kind, and gave an extremely competitive price. He was very clean and always swept after they were done working for the day. The tile work he did was gorgeous and he worked quickly. My bathroom looks and feels beautiful. Some details got lost in translation (like the color of grout), and some things were done quickly towards the end of the job like having to re-angle the toilet so it wasn’t crooked, but not replacing the wax seal caused a leak into our basement, etc.
