About us

Schrock Construction is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured company capable of handling all of your home remodel, repair, and handyman needs. I serve all of Kitsap County, and many surrounding areas. On site estimates are free within Kitsap County, and a small travel fee may apply for other areas, which will be used as part of the deposit when you sign a contract. Your satisfaction is my number one priority, and the job won't be considered complete until you are satisfied. All work comes with a one year warranty, and materials with longer manufacturer warranties will be warranted for the full length of warranty terms.

Phillip did a fabulous job and for a more than a fair price. He had baled us out once before on a botched kitchen cabinet job and Phillip did an awesome job. He is a little hard to get ahold of but that is because he does such a good job and his price is overly reasonable such that he is very popular to hire.

Our kitchen remodel was left unfinished by the original carpenter.  So we had to have 14 cabinet doors/drawer fronts remanufactured by Ruckmans in Puyallup ... Phillip installed them.  Another part of the wood had to have the existing finish removed and done over again, which he did.  And we had ended up with a garbage cabinet that was inefficient and not what we had wanted ... Phillip installed a modern efficient one.
All of his work was done with great care and looked wonderful after he was done.  We are very pleased.
Because Phillip had other obligations, we did have to wait quite a while before he was able to take care of us.  But the wait was all very worth it.

This was in my elderly parents' home and I was not there while the work was being done.   The leaky roof - which was finally repaired about 4 months before, had left a hole/water damage in the bedroom ceiling, an area of about 3 feet by 3 feet or so. 
 
Schrock Construction was very patient in dealing with my parents to get this done.  Originally thought it might take 3 days, but the work was able to be completed in one day, with a perfect paint match.
I am not sure if this review belongs under "Handyman" or "Drywall" or something else, but I can tell you that my parents will be contacting Phillip Schrock Construction for other home repairs.
