Mr. P and his son completed a detailed and exhaustive review of our home, itemizing and summarizing areas of focus, concern or negotiation. He was a great asset to have as we completed our purchase. The team of Mr P and son were detailed and summarized in person and in written report. Mr. P has a wealth of information on the Kitsap area as he has a diverse work background heavily rooted in building, permitting and land use. Would gladly recommend him to others.

They arrived on time and were very thorough. Despite it being a brand new home, they found several things that were not up to code and/or needed repairs. As first-time home buyers, they made the process comfortable and even worked around our very busy toddler. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have their home inspected!

Ron was very thorough and we felt he truly looked at every aspect of the house that he could. Took pictures which helped immensely when we were negotiating with the sellers. We received the report the following day and were able to start negotiations quickly. I would use Ron again in a heartbeat and can recommend him without reservation
