$91 for a $20 5 foot braided steel hose, can you spell gouge ? Work order asked for a valve at the end of hose to refrigerator the valve that was already there turned off cold kitchen sink and also refrigerator they left the kitchen sink not working until fridge was delivered and hooked up, fortunately fridge was delivered on time. 4

Work was fine but price was absolutely outrageous. When I inquired about why it costs $1,760 for 30 minutes of work, the plumber just shrugged and said "that's the book rate". My own fault for assuming a simple job would be reasonably priced. I was wrong and won't be using these guys again. I recommend Purdy Plumbing - they are reasonable and fairly priced and will look for ways to save you money if possible.

Got a next day appointment. Was told that plumber would provide a free estimate for any work that needed to be done. Showed up within the agreed time and received a call before arrival. Nick was professional, dressed neatly, and used shoe covers before entering. His service vehicle was clearly marked and professional looking. Helped me find a safe method for connecting my washing machine due to a tight configuration in the laundry room without moving the valve box. Received estimate for installing a new kitchen sink and purchased the annual service plan which include a yearly inspection, discounts for any work done and other perks. I heard that Robison Plumbing tended to cost more than other available plumbing services in the area, but the company and their employees are very professional from the person answering phones, to the plumbers. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I did call another company and was told I would have to wait a week. This level of professionalism and customer service is worth the cost and I understand that these things are not cheap. I got the feeling that their employees were treated well and were satisfied with their jobs. They earned a customer that day and my loyalty will remain unless something very wrong occurs.

Luis was the plumber who did the work. I was very impressed as it only took 2 hours including the time he had to spend digging out a dirt trench to gain clearance under the house. House is on post and beam structure. No concrete foundation. Luis took a photo of the sub flooring to show if there was any dry rot caused by the leak. None was found. Luis explained the materials he used for the repair and how the old 46 year old caulking cracked and had allowed the leak to occur. Luis is a skilled and personable individual.

They are a little pricey.

Thought the pipe had to be replaced but the serviceman came over promptly and was able to pull it out himself. Excellent service!

They came out the next day and fixed it in about an hour. I am so relieved; I was tired of emptying buckets of water out of the garage! My husband said the gentleman who came out was very professional. We are both pleased.

Completed the job well under budget and was extremely thorough.

They had to work hard to clear out the drain.  I had dry kale that was bamboo like stuck in the drain from a party that I had.  My husband was not able to get out.  They did a great job. Being that I am a hair dresser I know that it cost a lot to provide this service and it is a lot of work. It took about 1-1.5 hours and the area was left clean when finished. They were responsive, punctual and very professional.

They are pretty pricey. They have done a good job. I have had them do a number of projects over a number of years, and they have done them all well. They clean up well. The workers are fine.

First company came out and estimated $1200 to accomplish work ( wanted to replace the entire sink and new faucet). Robison came out assessed the situation and estimated 1/3 of the first estimate and was prepared with all the parts to accomplish the work immediately. After about a week had to call them again to look at the toilet, they responded quickly and were apologetic for not getting it right the first time. After a minor adjustment it was good to go. The mechanic was professional and very courteous on both occasions. I will definitely use them again!

The plumber showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem. He talked through the repair then completed it during  his visit. I will definitely use this company again.

They tried to fix the water heater, but were unsuccessful.  During that same visit we had them re-caulk the kitchen sink, which, after letting firm for 24 hours, dissolved.  They did come back out to reinspect the water heater and replace the caulking.

George was the plumber who did the work. He arrived at the time that Jackie in the office had estimated. Considering it was a holiday and we had no water to the house, it was most appreciated.

George quickly excavated the site to the water line and found the leak. Did a good job of explaining the planned repair and quickly provided a firm estimate for the needed repair.

He removed the small section of cracked incoming 3/4" plastic flex line. He also replaced the original short connecting pipe which was the wrong material as it was galvanized pipe connecting to copper. After 25 years of use it showed obvious signs of deterioration and likely would have eventually failed. Considering it is not our full time residence, an undiscovered  break in the incoming line could cause a disastrous flood into the house through the foundation wall pipe entrance.

George completed the repairs and before backfilling the excavation, he showed me the repair and explained why the failure likely occurred.  He confirmed flex line had sufficient wall thickness  and did not expect any future problem.

Took about 1.5 hours start to finish.

He also gave me a bid for an external downspout drainage line cleaning and gave me a good tip to check to see how restricted the outlet line was.

George did check with us and gave us the company's senior discount.

We opted for the Priority club service plan pricing vs. the standard pricing. The Priority club pricing included price for the work completed plus a one time fee of $89.00 which provides for yearly all house plumbing inspection. Seems like  a fair price. For comparison we pay $16 a month for an annual preventive maintenance inspection and tune up on our central gas furnace and air conditioning system.

Overall a great experience. A real plus that the office is open 24 hours, they make service calls on weekends and holidays with the same pricing as during normal business days and hours  and accept credit cards. We live on an island in the South Puget Sound near Shelton, WA. Robison Plumbing, while located in Bremerton covered our region which is some 40 miles south of their company's location.

We received great service from George... professional and personable. Knows his craft and does it well.

He arrived in a clean, organized service vehicle in good repair.

Robison should clone George.

Compared to other companies that charge extra for holidays and off hours, the job was fairly priced. Great value for the money spent.

On the initial visit of the plumber they fixed 2 sinks and placed a stop valve so the handles would not continue to go in a circle which originally made it difficult to shut off the water, the shower needed the same and the plumber said he did not have the part and would return on his day off and there would be no charge, he just need to locate the parts, unfortunately this was not a possibility for the resident and called and notified the company operator. The operator stated the plumber would call back and select a different time. This did not occur and the client had  to call back the company, requesting a different plumber.  The second plumber came out and discovered that the piece that was originally broken had more broken behind it and would require 5 hours with no water and an estimated cost of $600 for parts and labor, minus a $200 dollar discount from the previous plumbers mistake. At the end of a very long waterless day, the price was in the $500 range, because although of the time of the estimate the plumber new that an additional part and additional plumbing to fit that $180 part was going to be needed, he did not calculate this into the final price leaving a very big surprise and an unagreed price (originally there was no charge), he attempted to use all of the discounts and the "last coupon" in his truck, making the clients feel like we were getting a deal. When in fact this was not even something we had anticipated with the original $200 inspection and $240 parts. Unfortunately there was also a lack of some professionalism with one plumber throwing the other one under the bus, and stating "I don't care if you go with our company or not to fix this, it's up to you", not keeping the environment clean, it would have been nice for them to continue to wear their shoe covers and provide a towel or mat for their tools, so there was not grease and dirt all over carpet and counters.
