It was great. He let my son "help" him fix the refrigerator by pounding his toy hammer on the side. He was nice, professional and answered all of my questions.

It was hard to get him to call back and came a little late to the appointment. He looked at it and said he had to get a part. He came back with the part and replaced the ice maker and water valve. He said we would have ice in several hours. No ice. I called him and he returned the call after a few attempts. He came out and said it was a bad water valve. He replaced it and I paid $465. On receipt he waived his labor. Next day I still had no ice. I called him back and even advised by voicemail that I would contact BBB and he still has not called me back. I got work completed correctly by someone else for half the price.
