Orca Garage Doors

Excellent. 3 other Garage Door contractors could not make it work. Orca did it on the first try!

Went well. My garage was very noisy in operation and they got it aligned, greased, and replaced a couple of wheels and it now works without the awful noise.

Rick contacted me in less than 24 hours of submitting a garage door work request through Angi. I sent him some pictures of the damages and immediately after, he was able to provide me a quote, and the soonest he would be able to come out. On the day of the repairs, he and his partner arrived right on time. They were respectful, the service was performed carefully and efficiently, and most importantly, Rick was highly communicative through the whole process. He also provided a military discount. Would easily hire again without hesitation.

Honesty is a treasured and appreciated service. Unfortunately. it is a rarity to find a company that will go beyond good service and treat you like a neighbor. That is the service I had with Orca. Rick arrived on time, reprogrammed my door after a power outage, corrected the length/functionality, looked up warranty information for me without being asked, and provided a copy of how to reset if it happens again. Then the remote was tested for me and for a modest fee cleaned and greased the track/wheels. This older model will not last much longer, and no question it will be Orca and Rick I call when it does stop. Refreshing to find a honest business that goes over and above.

Rick and his co-worker arrived on time and were ready to do the job. They went to work immediately and repaired my garage door. So thankful for Orca Garage Doors! Friendly, fast, and very fairly priced. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in heartbeat.

Everything was great. Rick called me promptly, was able to accommodate my schedule, quoted me a fair price, showed up as scheduled, and did the work for the quoted price. He fixed the issue, and the garage door is working much better now. I would definitely hire him again.
