The experience with Nordic was a nightmare. We fired them about halfway through the project. Initial estimate for remodel to get contract was almost 90% low. We reviewed the work plan over 3 times and having Nordic Services remove duplicate items in the invoice. Mistakes continued with the plan. Estimates from sub contractors were very high, we had two estimates from electricians, one was 17,000 the other was 14,500. Questioning the high price made David Omli(President) upset on why we were questioning this. This caused long winded, derogatory emails to us. After we fired them I went out and got 3 estimates for electrical, highest bid was $8,500. Also, there was a 30% upcharge on everything Nordic does. At final invoice, Nordic again tried to charge us for things they didn't do, had to negotiate these out of the final payment. Also, we were charged for some services that were not performed, no negotiation and lean was put on our house. They also failed a couple inspection items, then I had to pay out of pocket to fix. Please do not hire!

They kept on putting me off.   They took the job and finished it after nine months.  They have excuses every time I call the office.  Either they were too busy or not feeling well.  It was just ridiculous.  I will not use them again.
