Manning's Appliance Svc

I hired Manning Service for repair of my LG front load washer. LG had no authorized service closer to Poulsbo that Bothell or Richlands. Manning was able to meet my schedule and dispatch a technician in 3 days. Drew, the tech, efficiently diagnosed the issue from the error message, located and tested the faulty sensor, and replaced it with a spare in his truck. He also recommended replacement of upgrade of leaky hoses. The service was top notch and cost effective. I recommend Manning highly!

Repairman was very thorough and was able to repair the washer without difficulty. He offered estimates for the parts and labor on both the other appliances, but advised me to consider replacing them instead due to their age and the cost of repair vs cost of a new or used unit. I greatly appreciated his honesty and took his advice. Costs were reasonable and service excellent. Thank you.

I had what I was thinking to be a simple repair, but ended up being a larger issue. Drew was able to think of a solution to get us by for the time being, and really made something out of nothing. Both he and the office staff were very personable, and he was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, and very professional. I will use them for any appliance repair I need in the future.

Was referred to Manning's through my neighborhood website. Owner/service technician was at my door one hour after I called on a Monday morning. He was professional, thorough, personable, and it only took him an hour to diagnose and fix my refrigerator (it wasn't anything serious).

Appointment the same day. Technician new exactly what to do, found the problem and replaced the part. Excellent service.

The repairman knew exactly what we were talking about over the phone because of a weakness in other Whirlpool refrigerators & actually brought the part we needed. Mannings came sand day, exactly on time, diagnosed the repair, did a stop gap to bridge time to get ordered part, returned with part and fixed under estimated time. Excellent service and work!

Came on time, was courteous, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problems, fixed the dryer on the spot. Advised me re the cost for labor and parts on the other two, and, due to their age, I decided not to get them fixed. All in all, a terrific service and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Drew called to let me know he was coming, was polite and pleasant. He confirmed my initial diagnosis - that the belt had been thrown and needed to be replaced. On examination, he identified that the belt was not the problem but the symptom of a drum that was not properly aligned. He noted that he could put the belt back and likely get me 'a few more days' - and then took the time to open the back and just confirm his finding with the drum. He showed me the larger issue, and advised me that it would cost more to replace than fix. He then took the time to discuss expected life span, what things to look for/avoid in replacing, expectations for the dryer that I bought with the washer (what things to watch for to understand when it was reaching end of life), etc. All in all, this was an ideal service call, in which Drew addressed the reported problem, the underlying problem, explained the logic, and ensured I understood what he was seeing and how he was making his decisions, so that I could have confidence in his advice.

He called 15 minutes before he arrived to notify me and was very friendly and helpful. He quickly found the problem. The fan blade had fallen off the fan. He fixed it quickly and showed me how to check it and fix it again myself. He could have easily told me that I needed a whole new fan and motor and charged much more money. I truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. They also told me their rates for service calls ahead of time so I knew what to expect. I wasn't lied to and they didn't try to up sell me.
