I like them. They're good and honest. They show up on time. If he can't show up, he tells me. He communicates well.

Mark Lindstrom responded to my initial request for a quote on the replacement of a second story deck and two smaller jobs. His quote for the deck was quite a bit higher than the others, so I placed that work with a different contractor. It was a bit difficult to communicate with Mark at times because he was answering his phone in between jobs and on the go. Mark did not do any of the work I ordered through him. Rather, he sent Andy, a carpenter who showed up on the wrong day due to Mark's poor communication. In the end, I was very happy with the work performed by Andy and would use him again. I am satisfied with Mark's services, but have to point out that the contractors I used for this work as well as the deck (a much larger job), did not do the actual work. Rather, they sent sub contractors, which was ok because they all did good work.

They were very reasonable. Mark was great. We liked everything. He was punctual. We liked his workmanship and communication.

They were willing to work with us and they let us reduce some of the cost by letting me do some of the follow up work. They did a very professional job.

Mad Dog came on short notice. We had started the demolision prior to remodeling the kitchen. When we realized that we didn't have the skills or time to be ready when the cabinets were to be delivered and installed we called Mad Dog. He immediately responded. He set to work to complete the demo and to modify the kitchen layout for the new cabinets and appliances. He moved wiring and installed new outlets. He reframed walls to fit the larger refrigerator and to accomodate the ovens. He expanded the doorway leading to the dining room. He installed dry wall and mudded with a technique that required minimal sanding.
After the cabinets were in place he helped install the new appliances. The kitchen layout included an extension of the new granite island to form a cantelievered eating area to seat four. He met with the granite company and discussed the deisgn. He then created a design and welded a steel frame to support the weight of the granite.

We are very satisfied with his skill and quality of the work he did.

I am quite satisfied with him. He is very direct and he knows what he's doing. He doesn't take on jobs he's not equipped for. He's very friendly and I think his rates are not only fair but generous in terms of the service he gives and the charge.
