Issues were quickly identified and various alternatives proposed. Communication was clear on implications of various alternatives and recommendations. Necessary part was ordered and replaced timely.

The person at there office was polite and clear about when the repairman would arrive and that he would call with a 1-2 hour window of when he would show up. He did call as promised and showed up exactly on time. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently. He explained what he was doing and how he tested the oven to make sure it was working. When he put the stove top back together he tested each burner to make sure the were lighting correctly. One was not and he fixed that at the time. It had not worked for some time so I was glad he did that. I would highly recommend the company and the service tech

Technician advised that dryer needed only cool down cycle for Off/On switch to function properly, this was not in the user's manual. Future repair may be required if wear eventually causes problems.
