I go to them because they're right down the street from me. They're easy to get to. They're very convenient. They treat me well. They answer all my questions. I do like the store. I've been using them off and on for the last 10 to 12 years. Their prices are just as good as anybody else.

Naomi in flooring did a great job helping us select our carpet and hardwood flooring. She set up delivery of the product and arranged for an independent installer to perform the work. The work was complete in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and care for our home. Dave from the installation office followed up with a phone call to ensure we were satisfied with the job and offered to make it right if we weren't. We are considering installing hardwood in our kitchen and dining room area and will definitely go back to this Lowe's store.

LOWES WAS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH! AT FIRST THEY CAME ACROSS LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THE STAFF ORDERED THE WRONG ITEMS, THEN THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ITEMS THAT WERE ORDERED. ALL THEY HAD FOR US WAS EXCUSES FOR THEIR MISTAKES!

FOR THE MOST PART IT WAS OK, THE PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL, BUT I GOT TICKED WITH HAVING TO WAIT FOR ONE OF THE COLORS TO GET STOCKED SO WE COULD FINISH THE TILE JOB. UNFORTUNATELY WE MEASURED WRONG AND THE STORE WAS NOT VERY QUICK TO RESTOCK WHAT WE NEEDED.
