Roger returned my call requesting a bid promptly. I explained the scope of the job, and he came out within 2 hours to give me a bid. His bid was significantly less than the other bid that I recieved from another stump removal service. We walked the Job site and discussed access issues. We agreed on the price, and he said he would be out in the next two days, depending on the weather.
Roger arrived about 3PM the next day and promptly went to work grinding the stumps. He ground the stumps deeper than the other stump service's bid description, and did a GREAT job tracing out the roots several feet from the trunk and grinding them out as well. He was done by 5:30 PM.
I am very satisfied with the price and the excellent quaility of work, and would have him do additional work with no hesitation.
