Left two messages, two different days,  for this provider to quote service and conduct carpenter ant extermination. received no response whatsoever. He has not lived up to the other reviews posted, Found another provider that responded quickly. Would not recommend Kitsap pest control to anyone.

He arrived, and performed extermination services in the house by dusting the celing, and spraying outside at likely spots of infestation. He was very thorough, very customer service oriented and my mother didn't have to remove her animals or go anywhere during or after the service. 
He asked us to pay attention to ant volume over the next few days and will come back to complete the job if required.

It works for first time after two visit and that was our third visit, but it was six months later and he guarantees his work. The truth is he probably keep coming and doing it for nothing, but I don't do work that way it is not his fault, but the ants come back, so he is very diligent given that he is not using any pesticide, it is a more difficult task for him. He is very good. I would use him again in the future.

Josh climbed on my roof to seal a vent where a mouse was getting into the storage area. He sealed the vent and inspected the other roof vents to make sure they were sealed also. He then inspected the attic area to see if there was access for mice to get into that area. He made a suggestion for lock boxes for the outside area I may suspect activity. He had to come into the house to gain access to the attic and was very respectful of my expensive rugs and wore the shoe covers I provided. He is a very nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone.

Josh was early for the appointment, ready to go, well priced, and incredibly professional. He even noticed two small areas under my house where rodents would be able to get into the crawlspace. Without charge or even bothering me with it, he used some screen he had on his truck to plug/block those holes in the future. Excellent small business owner and would recommend using him again!

He was here right on time. He gave me suggestions for what to use if they do come back. He didn't charge me for inspecting the area. I will certainly recommend them to others I know! He wouldn't take any money from me whatsoever. He did a wonderful job!! He was totally professional and extremely thorough (inside and out). He was very punctual. He was also very honest and informative. I would definitely give him a call back!!

Josh was both responsive to the initial call and punctual with the appointment. He was thorough, going down and spraying the crawl space as well as the yard area. Special attention was paid to obvious 'nests' in the landscaping. He also offered and DID made a followup visit when a few remained visible 2 weeks after the initial treatment. I would recommend his service highly both in terms of cost AND value!

I called Josh to come and take care of those tiny little ants - they were really bad this year. He was very professional, arrived on time, and his price seemed reasonable considering it includes a follow up spray. I liked his professionalism and punctuality - he also seems very trustworthy. I haven't seen the ants back and it has been three weeks. I also had these ants pop up at one of my rental houses and he was just as prompt and efficient there as well Another huge plus to me is that he didn't try to talk me into some expensive and unnecessary service contract. Overall, a very good experience and I will be using him moving forward.

Service was provided in July 2011 for small ants in one area of the home - and this service was paid for. At that time we were told there was a 60 day return warranty if needed. Well over 60 days later we again had an ant problem occur in other areas and we called Kitsap Pest Control again fully expecting to pay a full service fee but we liked him so much the first time we didn't consider this to be an issue.

This second service call was even more thorough and complete and professional than the first yet he would not accept payment. We will continue to call for and highly recommend his services for any pest issues!

I have a very remote summer home. I'm having it painted prior to putting it up for sale. Painters ran into a wasp nest. I can't expect them to work around that. I used AL to find exterminator that would meet me and drive to a remote site where my property is. He did, was there when he said he would be, knew what he was doing, didn't talke to much. Just worked, took payment on his remote(satelite) credit card system........that was it. Very professional, experienced, efficient. No bull, just did the job. The same way I'd want to be if I was in his place.

Next day and on-time service. Identified small brown ant entry from under floors along wall moldings and applied insecticide (with indoor pet in mind) under the moldings throughout the house. Then inspected the crawlspace to find no problems. Outside two ant runs were found getting into the home - sprayed ant runs and all foundations. These actions stirred up the ants for a day or so of increased activity but have not had any problems since.
90 day no-cost return warranty if further problems occur. Great low-key professional service!

Found some evidence of ants. Recommended spraying of perimeter of house for carpenter ants. Said spiders are following the ants into house and will vanish when ants no longer come in. He was correct. Much fewer sightings of giant house spiders within 30 days of spraying. Recommended repeat sprayings every two years. Competitors bid several hundred dollars higher and required long contracts and separate fee for spiders, plus making pinholes in siding, all unnecessary.

Inspection was done. Advised treatment for moisture ants. This was done and resolved problem.

They came out quickly and on scedule, completed an inspection - including a full tour through a cramped crawl space - and found nothing of note and would not take anything in payment! Very impressive! Nice personality and very professional. Would definitely go back to them for any problem in the future.

Their price was half of what the the other company was charging. So far everything seems to be working. I called him to come back for another pest issue unrelated.
