Kitsap Garage Door responded quickly to my request for an appointment. The repair tech arrived as scheduled. He performed routine maintenance and a thorough inspection. Shared the overall condition of all working parts. He was very knowledgeable for the make/brand of our openers. Very good experience with the entire process from making the appointment to final maintenance.

I called them at 9:06 am. They gave me a quote, and I decided to schedule the repair today. The technician arrived at 9:45. The repairs were completed and the door operation tested by 10:07!! He offered to do additional work, but there was no pressure to do so. Very polite and professional. 61 minutes from the phone call to completion is impressive!

PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. Brian arrived as scheduled (9:00 am on a Saturday morning!) and serviced our very noisy main garage door. He replaced several broken hinges, installed new nylon/ball-bearing rollers, tuned and tweaked other components of the system, and even offered a new battery for the keyless entry panel. He also offered good advice on how to keep the system in good working order, frequency of maintenance, spring life, etc. The service took one hour and the $99 charge (ValuePak) is a bargain. Online price comparison on nylon rollers raised questions about the mark-up on these items and KGD adjusted the charge accordingly.

The technician showed up 15 minutes early and was very polite. He removed my old garage door, installed the new one and whole new opener system. He programmed the remotes and keypad and gave me a complete run down of the entire system and how to use it. Great customer service, will definitely recommend. I was even given a 25% discount for a special they were having.

After the garage door stopped opening, we looked online to see that it was probably the torsion spring. We also saw that this is a dangerous do-it-yourself repair and decided to call in an expert. Making the appointment by phone, I explained what was happening with the door and they agreed it was probably the spring, and was also given the estimated price to repair it. I called at 10AM and had a technician at the house by noon on the same day. The repair took less than an hour and is good as new. $99 was the call-out fee. Even though only one spring had broken, I agreed that both should be replaced due to their age (and to avoid a second callout if the other failed later). I was very happy with the professionalism, promptness, and price. Would use their repair service again.

Excellent Customer Service! Brian showed up early and got right to work with the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and was fun to talk to. He made sure that the garage door was safe for operation and gave me some tips on taking care of my doors and offered suggestions on different door types/models. I am asking for Brian on the next service call! Definitely going to be using Kitsap Garage Door Company to replace my doors in the future!

Great service and installation. The estimator did a great job of explaining my options and various insulation options.
Did a great job installing the doors, they look amazing and make a huge difference in the garage's interior and exterior aesthetic. Did a really nice job of removing existing doors and installing the new ones. I would highly recommend using Kitsap Garage Door.
