Out of safety concerns, I had Jetgen Metal-Worx install 125 feet of aluminum hand rail along the concrete wall of my steep driveway. These guys are simply wonderful! They are exceptionally professional, courteous and take great pride in their work. Jetgen came out for a quote and quoted me a very reasonable price. Then, to my amazement, they started the project the next day completing ALL work the following day and their workmanship is virtually flawless. As a senior who has owned four houses, and as one who has in the past dealt with too many contractors and builders, Jetgen Metal-Work is simply peerless. My sense is that in order to find another company this good, one would have to wait for a blue moon to rise twice in one night. Look no further than Jetgen Metal-Worx LLC. You will be delighted.

I had a safety concern with my aluminum lift gate (had cracks that were appearing) and they came out to me and fixed it quickly, professionally, and for less money than I was expecting. I am VERY pleased with them. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been waiting to install an iron railing on the front stairs and porch of my home for years. I wanted custom work that fit the overall esthetic decor of my home. I have metal work inside the home and hoped that Jetty and Geneva could mimic the overall design, but add some custom design as well. The original concrete stairs were unlevel, angled and dissimilar in size, so I knew this was going to be quite a project. Jetty and Geneva came out and looked at the interior metal (primarily the twists in some of the balusters), listened to my ideas, took some measurements and off they went to design. This project was a holiday gift, so during the holiday, Jetty went above and beyond to keep us apprised of the project status. He was here on days when weather permitted. He was careful with my existing structures and areas where the railing was secured and stopped to explain or listen to questions or comments. He had me inspect every detail and was extremely detail oriented. The work space was cleaned at the end of each workday and his communication was fantastic. I appreciate the artistic touches and cohesive look to the project. We were very impressed and pleased with the outcome and would gladly request JETGEN on any future metal projects.

We were checking into finding someone who could build us a side railing so we could be safe taking the steps to the bottom of our basement door. Now in the days we live in currently, there are a lot of people and companies that promise all these great results, and then either not follow through, or they have no expertise and experience, in the jobs they tell you they have done for many years and people. Well to say that we were pleasantly surprised doesnâ t even cut it. Alyx & Genieva Jette are the real deal. These owners and operators are a very well established and reputable team of metal workers, but more that that they are artists. I was blown away at the care and attention to detail that this couple uses in their business. The other aspect is that they are so professional and they take pride in what they do and accomplish for your project. This couple is a total manifestation of artistic talent for any kind of metal working project. It is very rare to find real artists in many of the fields of metal fabrication, welding, and specialty projects. Communication, is vital, when you have anyone working on your home, regardless of the type of project. These two keep totally in touch, they are always on time, if running late, which they never did, they let you know, and donâ t leave you in the dark. They are so great at the education and understanding, of what it takes to prepare, execute, and finish your project. They truly care that you understand what is happening each day and how it fits into the final result and project. The other outstanding characteristic of their work is that they are possessing many aspects of solutions, examples, and innovative ideas to make your project individualized and not look like a carbon copy of some inefficient rip-off home improvement company. We were given examples, paint examples, detailed description of what was taking place each day. THE FINAL Result!!!!! Woo hoo! I now have one of the most exquisite and beautifully created railings for my home. It is silver in color and actually looks like chrome, which is my favorite choice for anything that can be out of chrome! Our home is light silver in color and this railing compliments and creates an amazing demonstration of class and safety, which is not easy to fabricate, but they did it!!
