In about a 10-year period of time, I foolishly purchased not 1 but 3 heat pumps from this company. The initial heat pump I purchased from them was to replace a heat pump that was about 30 years old and never had any problems, not once, until it just stopped working one day. The first heat pump I purchased from JET was installed and never quite worked properly. They returned multiple times (translation = I had to call them, wait until they had time on their schedule, waited for them to arrive, etc.). All the while my electric bill sky rocketed b/c I had to use emergency heat. That heat pump had to be replaced within a year. Thankfully, that one was covered by a warranty. The 2nd heat pump also never quite worked properly and I had to have this company do repairs over and over.....always related to its inability to accurately regulate temperature. Same as the first one they installed. And, just like before, I paid the price for my increased electric bill due to the need to rely on emergency heat. That heat pump lasted maybe 7 years. The 3rd heat pump was installed in December 2022. I am sitting here, once again, waiting for them to come out here and fix the temperature regulation. My electric bill last month was nearly $500! due to emergency heat b/c this heat pump isn't working properly. Different heat pump manufacturer, same problem. What is the common denominator? JET Heating and Cooling. And my ignorance in believing that the problem all along hasn't been the installer, but the installed product. At this point, I will not give this company another dime. I encourage you to refrain from doing so as well.

Not good. No attention to detail.

Dry sell all was done within a day or 2. It has been a year or so, so I forget exactly how long it took. They were great about explaining how to work it.

Although personnel were polite and fairly professional while at residence the followthrough was terrible.
I was left with open holes in the floor for new registers. Installer also left wires protruding through floor also contributing to safety hazards left for residents.
It took multiple calls to get them to follow through and finally deliver registers.
System contains multiple air handling units. Provider did not want to return to complete installation on unit for first floor (as we were entering heating season) until addition was completed, with was still many weeks away.
During install they removed part of door framing to access crawl space. This was necessary, but homeowner and primary contractor were not informed of this action. It was discovered later and repaired by homeowner. Installers also left behind debris and cardboard boxes in crawl space. This was also removed by homeowner. Not a good thing to leave behind as it could contribute to attract and provide nesting material for rodents.
Condensate pump installed by Jet was for 240 volt system. This made no sense for a small pump and would require additional electrical work at homeowners expense. Jet did not return calls regarding pump being swapped out for a 120 volt pump.
This was also completed by homeowner and I had to cover the cost, and the time to install appropriate new pump.
