INTEGRITY PAINTING

It cost me about $2100 for the work done by them. We were really not very happy with them. We hired professional painters because we didn?t have the time to do all the work. We thought that professional painters would know better and do a better job, but they didn?t. I was amazed with the amount of touch-up I had to do. I would absolutely not recommend them to anybody. The company was in disarray. They were having a tremendous turnover of personnel. The three people who had worked for us had all worked for the company for a very short time. They started with one painter on the first day, but we never saw him again and then they brought in another painter. The painters that were here just seemed tremendously rushed. They seemed pressured. Then finally before the final walk-through, the painters were being rushed off to another job. So everything was like rushed. It wasn?t until they left that we saw some things. I was really disappointed. There was one person who did call me to see if I was happy with their service. He said that he was astonished because we had signed up and that was before we really had a chance to look at it. I made it clear to him that they were being rushed and my understanding is that he is no longer working for the company. I don?t know if any of the painters that were here are still with the company. I think they were losing it. They were nice guys, but their quality of work wasn?t all that good. Their price was excellent. Initially, their responsiveness was good. They were here when they said they would be. We chose them because they had a good rating online from one person and they also came in with the lowest bid.
