Mike sent out Roofer Jon to assess a leak in my roof that was unsuccessfully "fixed" by another company (A-1 Roofing in Belfair Washington). Jon came out punctually, took a look at the roof and thought it was due to the corner of the chimney, would need to rip apart the roof to verify but informed me that the actual work and exploratory work would not be expensive especially since I was already providing the shingles and paper. He contacted Mike and they gave me an estimate that caught me off guard by being one third the price performed by A-1 Roofing. Jon came to my house on May 1, 2014 to repair the roof. Not only did Jon tell me I could come up and watch him, he encouraged me to do so so he could educate me on roofing.and show me everything that he sees. While up on the roof Jon pointed out the shoddy work performed previously and explained why it was shoddy and how the shingles used on my roof should be installed. Mike came shortly into the job to work on the supplemental woodwork required for the chimney and to work on the ceiling which he is going to start work on the next day. Jon was quick, efficient, and most importantly stood by and guaranteed his work. He left us with his home number and told us to not hesitate to call him if the roof work did not fix the issue so he could come back and fix it free of charge.. 
Jon and Mike were fair, professional, and charged me one fifth the price quoted by A-1 when they quoted me on the followup estimate when my wife called them to tell them the first leak repairs were unsuccessful. Jon treated my roof more like a mystery he really wanted to solve then guaranteed his work which is much more than I can say for the other two companies that looked at my roof , one of which (A-1) actually did work. 
The following day Mike sent over another guy to patch the hole in my ceiling underneath the roof, again for a fraction of the price quoted by other companies.
Mike and company are complete life savers. They came to my house when I was in a pinch and the final product and service far exceeded my expectations.

The workmanship and overall quality of experience and personal residence and rental house was outstanding.
Rental was house built circa 1920.  Inside was gutted and completely rebuild. and new walls, floors,doors,stairways, cabinets,fixtures, electrical, plumbing, heating systems were installed.  Walls were textured, painted and trimmed out and painted.  The work was performed on schedule and within budget.  I used Integrity Construction because they came highly recommended, and I had previously inspected other Integrity projects.  The quality on all was excellent.  I will use them again  in the future, when the need for a contractor is needed.  Pictures can be made available.

Overall the job went very well.  As with any remodel, when the demolition started some hidden problems were encountered, but these were handled in a very professional manner. 

The yard was fenced in and was covered with layers of junk and trash. It included an old garage filled with old appliances, furniture, and equipment that had to be hauled away before it could be demolished. There was an additional workshop area, nestled alongside the house that had to be demolished. Four 30-yd dumpster loads were removed before work could be started on the interior of the house, plus one additional for interior residue.  
First an old fireplace was removed and the old wall between kitchen and living room was replaced/relocated.  An extension built onto the kitchen had to be demolished and rebuilt because of water damage and dry rot caused by a leaky roof.  The flat roof on the extension was replaced with a dormer and new roofing. 
The old Lath and Plaster finish in LR, Kit, Bath were removed and replaced with appropriate drywall, which was textured and painted.
When the interior was gutted all utility systems were replaced with new materials, equipment, fixtures, etc and comply with city codes. 
The kitchen was completely redone with new cabinets, flooring and storage space, appliances and fixture. 
The bathroom was completely redone with tile and new fixtures. 
The stairway to the basement and the rear entryway were redesigned, replaced, enlarged and brought up to code.  A utility room was added downstairs to accommodate a washer and dryer, with appropriate plumbing changes.
A new deck was added to the front of the house and the yard was completely relandscaped with new sod  new sod and shrubs.The last thing done was the removal of the old fence.  When finished several neighbors came by with complements on the good work.
